1. Accounts

Provide accurate information. Keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

• Maintain up-to-date contact details for notifications and billing.
• Promptly report any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
• Do not share your login; one account per individual unless otherwise agreed.

2. Payments

Prices are displayed before purchase. Taxes may apply. Access is granted upon successful payment.

• We accept major cards and regionally supported payment methods.
• Recurring plans renew automatically unless canceled in advance.
• Failed renewals may suspend access until payment is completed.

3. Refunds

Self-paced modules: full refund within 7 days if under 30% completed. Cohort seats can be refunded up to 48 hours before start.

• Refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
• Refund eligibility excludes downloadable assets already accessed.
• Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.

4. Acceptable Use

Respect others. Do not infringe intellectual property. Do not misuse tools or instructions.

• No harassment, hate speech, or sharing of harmful materials.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer platform security or bypass access controls.
• Follow local safety regulations when operating woodworking tools.

5. Liability

We provide educational content as-is. Use tools responsibly. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

• Always use appropriate protective equipment and adhere to tool manuals.
• Woodcraft Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations; your rights may vary.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated terms.

• Material changes will be announced in-product or via email.
• Revisions take effect upon posting unless stated otherwise.
